37/366 - Fresh rain on harakeke (NZ flax) and palm tree



I only took two photos today. I snapped these shots a few metres away from each other right next to my office this morning, using my iPhone, then tweaked them with my snapseed app this evening.

Like a parent with two children, I just couldn't choose between them - so it's "two-for-the-price-of-one" today!!

    Kia ora, I would really love to use the harakeke shot for a background of a website I am making. Its a beautiful shot. I can put a credit on the page for the use of the image. Its a music website showcasing some my work.

      Hi Neolithican, Yes that is fine with me. Thanks for asking and thanks for the compliment. I know a lot of shots like that people use sprayed on water, but this was just rain, lying there just as it had fallen.
